Hygiene and safety have always had top priority in our house.

We have tightened our internal guidelines since the pandemic to do justice to the current situation and thus ensure maximum security for you, our guests and our employees.

We have summarized all measures for you here. They are continuously optimized and adapted to the legal requirements.

  • Our employees wear mouth and nose protection in all situations when the safety distance cannot be maintained. You will see our warm smile, even with a mask, in the radiance of our eyes. We also recommend that you, dear guests, wear mouth and nose protection in the public areas. We are also happy to provide you with a disposable mask free of charge.

  • We carry out check-in and check-out with protection on our reception desk. Please use contactless payment methods.

  • Disinfection dispensers are available for you at the entrance and in the entrance to the restaurant and event room. Our employees are also equipped with disinfectants.

  • Our employees are commissioned to clean all surfaces, door handles, light switches and much more in the house. to disinfect regularly.  

  • Regular ventilation of our public areas several times a day is ensured. In addition, we have installed highly efficient air purifiers in the lobby, in the restaurant and in the conference room.

  • Our tables in the restaurant are set up according to the prescribed distances to ensure sufficient distance.

  • Before each arrival, our rooms are cleaned and disinfected with a professional steamer from the company "Thermostar" with 170 degrees dry steam. In this way we ensure that our surfaces, the bathrooms, carpets and mattresses are absolutely clean for your stay and you can feel safe.  

  • When serving our rich breakfast buffet, we ask our guests to wear a face mask.

  • The distance rules are also required here.  

  • The necessary distance rules are also guaranteed in the conference room. Moderation material will be disinfected and handed over personally.

  • We ask that guests who are ill do not arrive. When booking directly with us, you can book without risk with the option of canceling or rebooking free of charge up to 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
